The owner was helpful. Very clean rooms complete with satellite TV, a heating system and a sitting area. Neubau district definitely deserves your time and attention. It exceeded high expectations and we will come back.

we appreciated this place. free wifi worked. it offers awesome location, yet it's on a noisy street. there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like chillax wien, set within 10 minutes walk or so.
There was no cleaning.
